When her life started to unravel, I was there to help pick up the pieces. The guys and I purposely waited until the end of the visitation hours before slipping into the funeral home for her husband's service. She sat there, with dark circles under her dull eyes, with a tightly controlled, pinched expression on her face. I felt heartbroken about what she had gone through, and it only made me more determined to protect her. There was no way I could stand by and watch, I was all in, and there was no way I was going to miss her again. โโโโโโโโ Allie My husband left me and our daughter forever due to illness. I donโt know how to go on in the future. I only know that it is really difficult for me. My brother, sister and sister-in-law mingled with the crowd, and I saw Dean sitting on a sofa in the back of the room with a now-sleeping Gracie sprawled across his lap. Dean was a sweet guy, and such a good match for Hannah. He grew up a few doors down from us, and he and my sister had been dating since high school. They had both just graduated from college recently, and we all fully expected to hear a wedding announcement in the near future. My parents and Alex's Aunt Ellen stood alongside me near the casket, as people made their way through the line to offer their condolences. This is an awful tradition, I thought, as I forced myself to smile politely while listening to endless platitudes, many from people I barely knew. I was pulled out of my inner rant by a familiar voice and looked up to see Nico Peretti speaking to a visibly flustered Aunt Ellen. Nico had that effect on people. He was tall, topping out at 6'3", broad shouldered and gorgeous, with his dark wavy hair, deep brown eyes and permanently tanned skin illustrating his Italian heritage. As the lead singer for Storm Front, he was well on his way to becoming a rock legend in the music business. I had been working as an assistant to his band's manager for two years, so I knew him well. Looking down the line behind him, I saw the other members of the band along with my boss, Michael Drummond and his wife Jayne. Nico finished speaking with Aunt Ellen, squeezing her hand lightly, before turning to me. He held my gaze for a long moment, then stepped forward and gathered me into his arms for a tight hug. I got a faint whiff of his cologne - sandalwood mixed with a hint of vanilla - and was once again thankful for a break from the rose scent permeating the room. "I am so sorry, Allie," he said with his signature low rasp. He gave me a final squeeze, and stepped back to allow Matt Gibson, the drummer, to lean in for a quick hug. I was touched that they had taken the time to come. Nico The guys and I purposely waited until the end of the visitation hours before slipping into the funeral home for Alex's service. We wanted to be there to support Allie, but we tended to attract attention wherever we went, and the last thing we wanted was to cause a scene here today. Allie, or Sunshine as I usually called her, had worked for us for two years or so now. She had started as an assistant to our band's manager, Michael Drummond, shortly after she got married. I remembered the morning I met Allie at his office. She was sweet, with a shy smile that charmed me. By the end of the day, her shyness had worn off and her smile was bigger and brighter as she quickly became comfortable around us. At the end of her first week, I'd had a day that devolved into a show of epic proportions. We'd had equipment malfunctions in the studio, followed by the news that an "exclusive tell-all" interview was getting ready to hit the stands featuring some groupie I could barely remember who had given the tabloid reporter explicit details about our backstage sexcapades. Already irritated with the equipment issues in the studio, I had become livid when our publicist had called to give me a heads up about the interview. Aside from my anger, I was embarrassed that such highly personal information had become tabloid fodder for the world to gossip over. After a meeting with the publicist as well as Michael, the latter of whom insisted I couldn't sue someone for telling the truth, I had been ready to explode. I had stormed out of the conference room, only to see Allie making a cup of tea in the breakroom across the hall. I'd ducked in there to grab a bottle of water from the refrigerator and had glanced at her as she brought the tea to her lips and took a small sip. When I'd caught sight of the mug in her hands, I had boomed out a laugh. The mug had a cartoon sun on it, wearing sunglasses. It said "I squint at the sun because it's bright. I squint at my coworkers because they aren't." Since she and Michael were only a two-person office, I had laughed at the implication that he was an idiot. Because I was pissed that he wouldn't let me sue the groupie, the reporter, or the rag he worked for, I'd appreciated the implied insult even more. As she had watched me laugh, she'd smiled widely, and her eyes had twinkled. "The mug amuses you?" she'd asked. "Yes, and when I go back in there and squint at Michael it will be even funnier," I'd responded, feeling some of my tension ease. "Well, I'm glad I could brighten your day a little bit," she'd said with a smile. I had nodded, and replied, "That you did, Sunshine. Thank you." We had all met Alex several times since then. They seemed to be a perfect match. He was a nice guy, funny, and he adored his wife. The last time I saw him before he got sick, was when Allie had the baby. I had stopped by the hospital with a huge stuffed unicorn wearing a princess crown (just to be clear, the unicorn was wearing the crown, not me), and a bouquet of sunflowers. I'd spent a few nerve-wracking minutes holding the baby โ just long enough to forever lose a piece of my heart to Grace Elizabeth Donovan. She looked like she was going to favor her mother, with the same delicate features and hair with a slight curl in the same shade of blond as Allie's. A few of their friends and family were visiting at the same time, and they were pretty star-struck when I'd arrived. Alex had thought it was hilarious that I was getting more attention than the new baby they had all come to see and called me "Rock God" for the rest of the visit. After he got sick, I saw him in the hospital a couple of times. Once was only briefly, as I'd dropped Allie off after we finished at the studio and her car wouldn't start. I glanced around the packed room, taking note of the large group of people who had come to pay their respects. I hated that she was going through this. Of all people, Allie deserved to be happy. She was one of the most loving and genuinely caring people I had ever met. I've heard the phrase "beautiful inside and out" but never truly understood it until Allie. She was a beautiful soul wrapped up in a 5'4" package of gorgeous curves, blonde hair, and green eyes that reflected her every emotion. Since Alex's diagnosis, she had worked herself into the ground trying to take care of both Alex and their sweet baby girl, as well as trying to fit in as many hours as she could working for us. She'd had family helping out, but it was a lot to take on. I was sure she was worried about money, so she refused to take much time off. I'd overheard her on the phone with the insurance company one day when I took a quick break at the recording studio. We'd been trying to put the finishing touches on our album to get it ready by the projected release date. It was clear that she was torn between needing to be home more to help Alex and working to pay their bills. So, I had pulled Michael aside and told him to hire a temp to help out with our administrative needs, and we would fend for ourselves on the personal errands and she does for us. Between the four of us and Michael, we covered her salary. She'd tried to refuse, but we had insisted. She'd finally agreed because she'd known it was the best for her family. They needed her, we could make that happen. End of story. She will never know it, but I'd also arranged with the hospital to cover any outstanding medical bills. I had worked hard and had some incredibly lucky breaks in this business, and I'd been blessed with more money than I would ever spend in a lifetime. There was no way I could stand by and watch her and Gracie struggle with that kind of financial burden. As we waited for Allie to finish speaking to the couple in front of us in the visitation line, I saw an older woman I didn't recognize on the side closest to me, and Allie's parents standing next to her on the other side. I had met Steve and Colleen Kettering once, at the hospital the night Gracie was born. Steve was quiet and laid-back, and Colleen was a lot like her daughter, in looks and personality. The line moved forward, and I introduced myself to the older woman standing next to Allie, who was apparently Alex's aunt. If I recalled correctly, his parents were dead, and he had no siblings. Aunt Ellen, as I was instructed to call her, seemed a bit stunned when she recognized me. She quickly recovered and thanked me for being so supportive of Allie. "Of course," I assured her quietly. "Allie is important to all of us, and Alex was a great guy. We know how much she'll miss him, and we'll be there for whatever she and Gracie need." She teared up and her chin wobbled a bit as she tried to keep her composure. I gave her hand a light squeeze, then looked over to see Allie gazing up at me. I stepped forward and wrapped my arms around her. "I'm so sorry, Allie," I said, feeling at a loss for words. I'm a songwriter, for Christ's sake, you'd think I could come up with something more eloquent to say than that. But in that moment, I doubted there was anything anyone could say that would ease her pain. Allie, understandably. She was pale, with dark circles under her dull eyes, with a tightly controlled, pinched expression on her face. Her face was normally so expressive, and her eyes used to sparkle with sass and barely concealed laughter. I hated seeing her like this, in such pain. She'd obviously not been sleeping well. I had noticed when I saw her a few weeks ago that she had lost even more weight, so she was clearly not eating right either. I realized how much I'd missed seeing her smile. I hadn't called her by her nickname lately. It seemed insensitive in light of everything going on. I could only hope that we could get her to smile again soon. | LEARN_MORE | https://a.letsreadnovel.com/ad/bGV0c3JlYWQvMzIzNzk | Lett011 | https://www.facebook.com/100092011133637/ | 77 | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | Learn more | 0 | a.letsreadnovel.com | VIDEO | https://a.letsreadnovel.com/ad/bGV0c3JlYWQvMzIzNzk4LzIwMjQxMDExMTYwNjQ5L3BhZ2U=?adid={{ad.id}} | 1969-12-31 18:00 | https://scontent-lga3-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.35426-6/462622534_360162530420941_1674798532251933836_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_s60x60&_nc_cat=105&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=c53f8f&_nc_ohc=-mIB8zN31uUQ7kNvgFFMOzE&_nc_zt=14&_nc_ht=scontent-lga3-2.xx&_nc_gid=AYFlKgh59nSUJ5e4JsSvvny&oh=00_AYANUx3pp8xgpsT2_fluhyXbRStb9EuCSZQAq_FwRKlpqQ&oe=671455B7 | PERSON_PROFILE | 0 | 0 | 0 | Lett011 | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | View Edit Delete

| LEARN_MORE | https://a.letsreadnovel.com/ad/bGV0c3JlYWQvMzIzNzk | Lett011 | https://www.facebook.com/100092011133637/ | 77 | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | Learn more | 0 | a.letsreadnovel.com | VIDEO | https://a.letsreadnovel.com/ad/bGV0c3JlYWQvMzIzNzk4LzIwMjQxMDExMTYwNjQ5L3BhZ2U=?adid={{ad.id}} | 1969-12-31 18:00 | https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.35426-6/462710078_2006797966407291_1743504736931985938_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_s60x60&_nc_cat=111&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=c53f8f&_nc_ohc=YxMO3g4cWp4Q7kNvgEynCHd&_nc_zt=14&_nc_ht=scontent-lga3-1.xx&_nc_gid=Au-4WO94szy_LBO3MnLLVSu&oh=00_AYAXeay89l_c4yIWTOksp3QRfQQjDTiw1hvHpHGBgOkM7w&oe=6714538A | PERSON_PROFILE | 0 | 0 | 0 | Lett011 | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | View Edit Delete

"Which view of you I like better," he says. "The front was outstanding. But turns out the rear is up to the challenge." He looks me up and down, the corner of that mouth still turned upward. "I'm just not sure." His pals laugh, clearly amused by the fact that I'm at a loss for words. Brett holds out a fist to The prick. "Well done, Trevor." Trevor bumps fists with him, but keeps his eyes on me. The prick's name is Trevor. โ The prick is blocking the sun. I'm lying on the beach on the last day before the first day of my senior year, trying to darken my skin for one more day before school starts. Given that my father moved me to Sunset Beach at the end of my junior year, all the way across the country from my old home in Virginia, I didn't have much else to do. I don't know a single person in town and I'm already anxious about the first day tomorrow, wondering if anyone will even talk to me or if I'll be forced stare at my phone all day in an attempt to not acknowledge the fact that I'm the new girl in school. But now The prick is blocking my sun. I call him that because he walks like that guy. Chest out, like he owns the beach. He's phenomenal looking and he knows it and he knows the rest of us know it. Everything is easy for him, even walking in the sand. So I already know he's gonna be The prick. "You're new," he says. "To the planet?" I say. "No. I'm not." He smiles and his teeth are snow white against his bronze skin and his sun pecked blonde hair. His jaw could cut stone and his eyes are bluer than the ocean behind him. The surfboard under his arms looks nearly as hard as the ripples in his abs. The prick is smoking hot. "New and funny," he says. "What a combo." He turns over his shoulder. "Brett, we've got a funny one." Brett trudges up sand and plants his board in the sand next to The prick. Brett is almost as good looking. An inch shorter, dark hair, green eyes, a chest like a cutting board. Barbed wire tattooed around each of his biceps. He didn't smile. "Funny chicks are usually pains in my hip." "I like funny chicks," another guy says, coming up on The prick's left. "They usually don't think twice about giving it up." Third Guy is in a tie for second with Brett for best looking. Shoulder length brown hair, broad shoulders, eyes that matched his hair. All three of them are wet, having just come from the ocean and their waves. I'd seen them out on the water, envious of how they moved on their boards. I can surf, the result of summer trips to Florida when I was younger, but I'm not that good. "Where you from, New Girl?" The prick asks. "Not sure it's any of your business," I say. His smile darkens just a fraction. "You're kind of rude." "And you're blocking my sun." He jams his board into the sand, standing it on end. "Just trying to be friendly." "I think you're doing it wrong." Third Guy chuckles. The prick just stares at me. I look around. There are other people on the beach, but not near us. It becomes super clear to me that I'm on my own with the three of them. And I realize I'm uncomfortable. But I can't help myself. "And I think you're a prick," I say to Brett. He laughs, like he's heard that a million times. "I'll show you a prick if you wanna see one, honey." "Not interested," I say. "You will be," he says. "You still haven't answered the question," The prick says. I stare back at him. Jesus, is he good looking. Stop-what-you're-doing-and-fantasize good looking. "I'm aware." "It's not a hard question," he says. "Maybe she wants something hard, though," Third Guy says. I look at him. "Not sure you're up for the job, Champ." Third Guy doesn't like that and shuffles closer in the sand. "How about if we see?" Now, I'm for real uncomfortable. I sit up. I throw my keys and sandals in my bag and stand up. None of them move, eyeing me like I'm dinner. "This has been fun, boys," I say. "But I think I'm going home." The prick finally takes notice of my beat up surfboard next to my towel. He pushes the edge of it with his sand covered toe. "This yours?" "What gave it away?" I ask. He picks it up by the nose, gives it the once over, then lets it fall back to the sand. "It's a prick." "Takes one to know one," I say, picking up my towel and shaking it out. Third Guy and Brett back up, The prick holds his ground. The prick smiles. My stomach flips, then flops, then flips some more. Why does he have to be so good looking? "Happy to teach you how to ride," he says. His pals snicker. "I'm good," I say, picking up my board. "I think I'll have to be the judge of that," The prick says. "Good luck with that." "I don't need luck, honey," he says and tilts his head to the side. Drops of water from the ocean glisten on his perfect chest. "I take what I want when I want it." I pull my shorts on over my bikini bottoms. "No need to cover up the show," Brett says. "You don't have tickets," I say, grabbing my bag and picking up my board. "What a mouth," Third Guy says. "I wonder if it can do other things besides talk." Brett laughs, but The prick just keeps staring at me, trying to melt me with those blue eyes. It's almost working. "It can," I say. "But unfortunately for you, it doesn't go anywhere near prick." Third Guy glowers at me. The corner of The prick's perfect mouth turns upward into something that almost looks like a smile. But there's something about it that feels more threatening than friendly. It's ninety something degrees out but suddenly I'm chilled. I sling the bag over my shoulder. "I wish I could say it's been a pleasure, but I don't like to lie. See you around." I turn to go. "I'm not sure," The prick says. Against my better judgement, I stop and turn around. "About what?" "Which view of you I like better," he says. "Presley! Are you about ready?" I'm not ready. It's the next morning and I'm standing in front of the mirror, trying to convince myself that I'm ready for the first day of my senior year at a new high school. I've braided my long brown hair and pulled on the yellow linen tank top and my favorite denim skirt. I spent an extra twenty minutes on my makeup, trying to make sure it looked like I didn't spend an extra twenty minutes on my makeup. Silver sandals on my feet. I look good and if it had been the first day back at my old school, I would've at least felt like I knew what I was doing. I would've been driving to school on my own, stopping at the coffee shop on the way to school, getting my drink, and praying that my last year wouldn't suck as bad as my first three years did. Instead, I am hiding in my room, avoiding my dad's pleas to come out so he can drop me off at his paralegal's house so that woman's daughter can drive me to school. Have I mentioned I've never met this girl? "Presley!" he yells. "We gotta go!" "I'm coming," I say. I sigh, check the mirror one last time, and grab my backpack. I throw it over my shoulder and look at the mirror again. "Please don't let today suck," I say. My father is waiting at the bottom of the stairs. He's wearing a dark navy suit, light blue shirt, and a red tie. His dark hair is flecked with gray and he's good looking for a dad, according to my friends. My mother, however, thought that the lawyer she worked for was better looking, so she left him and moved to Washington. So it's me and my dad and that's okay most of the time. He tries, but he's also busy trying to get his new law practice off the ground. The reason we moved to Sunset Beach from Virginia was because he was able to snag one giant client and it would mean steady work for the next two years. The client lives in Sunset Beach and he wants to be near him for meetings and stuff like that. He pitched it to me as living near the beach and all the fun we'd be able to have, but I knew that any fun that I found would be most likely on my own. But it's still way better than living with my mom. And I'm hoping it'll be different for me here. He looks up at me. "We're going to be late, Pres. Come on." "Sorry," I mumble. "Did you eat?" he asks. "No, I'm fine," I say. "You can grab a granola bar or something." I shake my head. "I'm fine." He smiled. "Senior year. Are you ready?" "Nope." "Come on, it'll be good." "Sure," I say, avoiding his eyes. He sighs and we head to the garage to climb into his green Audi Q5. My dad has money. He just wants more of it. He lost some of it in the divorce, but he's determined to make it all back and then some. We live in a great house six blocks from the ocean now and I don't have to worry about much. Other than having friends my senior of high school. "Claire's daughter said she was happy to take you," he explains as we drive. "I just thought that might be better than showing up alone on the first day." "Okay." We stop at the red light and he looks at me. "You look great." "Thanks." There's an awkward pause. "I know this is all hard, but it'll be okay," he says. "You just have to give it a chance. I know you miss your friends. But did it suck to spend the last two weeks at the beach?" Well, I didn't really have friends to miss, Dad, because I was loner there. "No," I say. "It was good." "Your tan looks good anyway." I don't say anything and the light changes to green. The car lurches forward. "I appreciate you doing all of this, Pres," he says. "You could've made it harder on me, but you didn't. I know it's not the plan you had, but thank you for giving it a chance." I'm not sure I had another choice. Claire's house is five minutes from ours, a cut yellow bungalow with a perfectly cut yard out frond and roses of nearly color beneath the front window. A gleaming white Mini Cooper is idling in the driveway and I can see a shadowed head inside of it. "That's Bridget there," my dad says, pointing at the car. "Claire texted me and said she'd be in her car, waiting." My stomach ties into one gigantic knot. "Okay." My dad puts his hand on my shoulder. "It's gonna be great. It'll feel like you've been here for forever before you know it. I promise." I pick my bag up off the floor. "I know. You're right. I'll see you tonight." "I'll probably be late," he says. "So don't worry about dinner for me." I get out of the car and stare at the Mini idling in the driveway. All kinds of awkward. I close the door, give my dad a half wave, and make the death march over to my ride. I'm not sure what I'm expecting, but Bridget isn't it. I peer in the window of the car and she's looking over at me, smiling. She reaches over and pushes the door open. "Presley?" she says. "I'm Bridget." "Hey," I say. "Nice to meet you." "If you get in now, we've still got time to get coffee on our way," she says. "If you like coffee?" It's like I've been given a lifeline. I slide into the seat. "I would love coffee." She laughs. "I can barely function without it." Bridget is knock out gorgeous. Jet black hair to the middle of her back, a tight red v-necked T-shirt with perfect curves underneath. Denim shorts that show off her long legs. She smells like the roses in her front yard. "I appreciate the ride," I say as we back out. "I know this is weird." "Please," she says, eyeing the mirror. "Can't imagine having to do the first day at Sunset Beach on your own, particularly senior year." She smiles again. "This way I can point you in the right directions so you don't waste your time going in the wrong ones." "That would be awesome." "Don't be offended by this," she says. "Are you a cheerleader?" "Um, no." "Thank Jesus," she says, slapping her palm against the steering wheel. "I mean, you're kinda hot and all put together, so it can be hard to tell." She glances at me. "Rule number one at Sunset is that the cheerleaders suck hip." I laugh. "Isn't that the way it is everywhere?" "Pretty much," she says, nodding. "And I'm just warning you now. You are gonna be fresh meat. prick football players are gonna flock as soon as we hit the lot." "prick football players," I says. "So two things are the same everywhere." She holds up a fist. "Word, girlfriend." I bump her fist with mine and my stomach starts to unclench. As she drives, she fills me in on teachers and classes and other kids and what to expect. She doesn't have to tell me all of this, but I'm relaxing by the second as we go. We pull into the drive thru of a place called Seaside Coffee and she orders two large iced coffees. She might be my soulmate. By the time we get to the school, I'm almost nerve free. She whips the Mini through the parking lot and jerks it to a stop right in front of a painted parking stall. She points to it. "See that? They auction parking spots to seniors at the end of junior year and then you get to paint your spot. This is mine." "That is awesome," I say, looking at the pink and yellow sunset painted over a very blue ocean. "You did that?" "I did that," she says, proudly. "And no one else can put their hip in this spot all year." She pulls into the lot and we get out. The lot is nearly full and clusters of other kids are walking toward the concrete and glass building. "What are you doing tonight?" Bridget asks. "Tonight? Nothing. My dad has to work late." She grips my elbow. "Perfect. There's a back to school night down at The Hump." "The Hump?" "Place down by the beach," she says. "You're coming and I can show you." "I don't know if--" She squeezes my elbow. "You're coming, Presley." She stops walking and looks me right in the eye. "Look, when my mom asked if I could give her boss's daughter a ride because she was new, I thought you might end up being some little troll that didn't speak or, even worse, a cheerleader." She smiled. "But you're not. I know this has to suck, but I can make it suck a little less. So you're coming tonight." She pauses. "Where's your phone?" I pull it from my hip. "Give me your number," she says, whipping hers out. "So I can find you during the day and see how you're doing. And meet me here at twelve for lunch. It's open campus and we'll go get burgers. Cool?" She was taking care of every first day worry I had. I mean, I never went to a single party back in Virginia and now she's invited me to the first one of the year and making sure I'm not solo for lunch. "Yeah, totally. But you don't have to do this." I give her my number. "I'll be okay." "I want to," she says, then recites her number for me. She starts to say something else, but her eyes drift over my shoulder and her smile fades. "Okay. Test number one. Prick football players incoming." I turn around. Three boys, all in blue and white lettermen jackets, all large, all heading our way. The one in the middle has short dark hair, gray eyes, and shoulders like square blocks. They aren't quite as good looking as the boys I'd run into on the beach, but they're close. "Hey Bridge," the dark haired boy asks. "Who's your pal?" "This is Presley," she says. "Presley, these are the pricks." "So unfair and uptight," he says. "She got the d part right. I'm Derek. And this is Evan and this is Pritch." He winks at me. "Where exactly did you come from?" It's right then that I make the decision. At my old school, I would've shut up. I would've been too intimidated to say anything. But I don't have to be the same girl I was there. I can be someone new in Sunset Beach. "Her car?" I say. "Did you not see me get out of it?" I look at Bridget. "Every guy I've met here so far asks the dumbest questions." Bridget busts out laughing. Derek is red-faced and his friends look no less amused. "I'd be nice to me if I were you," he says. "I run this place and I can make or break your life here." "Feels like the only thing you run is your mouth," I say. Bridget links her arm with mine. "See you later, boys." She leads me away from them and leans into me. "You are going to fit in perfectly." I want nothing more than that to be true. | LEARN_MORE | https://b.myfantasyapp.com/ad/bXlmYW50YXN5LzMyNTQ2 | Fanta001 | https://www.facebook.com/61563419381683/ | 4 | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | Learn more | 0 | b.myfantasyapp.com | VIDEO | https://b.myfantasyapp.com/ad/bXlmYW50YXN5LzMyNTQ2OS8yMDI0MTAxNDEwMjU1Ni9wYWdl?adid={{ad.id}} | 1969-12-31 18:00 | https://scontent-lga3-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.35426-6/463027630_521208750771128_4453464697758443451_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_s60x60&_nc_cat=109&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=c53f8f&_nc_ohc=tDU9iv_SgOAQ7kNvgFjIKK_&_nc_zt=14&_nc_ht=scontent-lga3-2.xx&_nc_gid=ATyB-iJp-VTsh8duh2-ylr4&oh=00_AYCtTK3RQ_4o7dk-BxbCibGjTUhdTCPVY2a4KOUdIstKIg&oe=67143233 | PERSON_PROFILE | 0 | 0 | 0 | Fanta001 | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | View Edit Delete

Get restful sleep | Pain-free mornings ๐ | How to sleep free from Sciatica and hip pain. Lying on your side without proper support causes the spine to twist and pull, also known as misalignment. Ignoring this can lead to more serious issues like sciatic nerve damage, chronic pain, and, in the worst scenario - high-risk surgery. Itโs important to get the right support to prevent worsening and relieve any existing discomfort. Thatโs why a top physical therapist helped develop the SmoothSpine Pillow. โ The SmoothSpine Alignment Pillow is designed to: โก๏ธ Relieve hip, lower back & sciatica pain โก๏ธ Align the spine ALL night โก๏ธ Stay in place even when turning over Why not just use a โregularโ pillow? Two reasons: 1. A regular pillow provides some relief, but it usually wonโt stay in place during the night. 2. More importantly; regular pillows are designed to support your head/neck, and not your hips, legs or knees. The SmoothSpine Pillow includes a soft elastic strap and is designed to fit between the legs. Within just a few days, youโll get back to uninterrupted nights and enjoying life free of pain. ๐The SmoothSpine Pillow also comes with a FREE how to use guide & 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee. You will either get results or your money back guaranteed. Yes | 2024-10-15 09:54 | active | 1634 | 0 | Now that it is generally accepted by the State of NJ that poison by Organophosphates can induce psychosis and violence I think it would be a good time to share some tips on how you might protect yourself if you ever find yourself or someone you care about being maliciously exposed repeatedly to Organophosphates. The following remedies are from personal experience and are offered as general information as I am not a Doctor nor do I pretend to be one. However when dealing with an "unpopular diagnosis" sometimes you've got to do your own homework if you want to stay alive. As repetitive exposure even in small doses cause an insidious cumulative toxicity that can lead to psychosis, violence, and eventually your own death via heart failure or what are known as delayed neuropathies which themselves can be lethal due to respiratory paralysis. However unlikely it may seem, be aware that organized crime has learned how to injure and kill in a stealthy way with these compounds. As OP's can be colorless odorless and tastless and can be absorbed by all routes (skin, lungs, ingestion etc). If given in incremental small doses the most you will present with is flu like symptoms, or blurry vision, ringing in ears and minor muscle tremors (fasciculations) and your memory may also suffer which is called being a poor historian, which makes it that much harder to relate your symptoms. First a little about the profile of your typical poisoner or group of poisoners i.e. organized criminals. In Trestrails book on Criminal Poisoning he refers to Poisoners as "being of limited mind without sympathy; and weak, cowardly, and avarice temperament. "They try to make the World obey their will by cheating it in minor ways, and thereby stealing what it refuses to give them". Trestrail also says multiple offender cases are easier to prove because the participants will provide evidence against each other. One last point, each poisoning event is itself an attempted murder charge as each event is in the eyes of the Law like a bullet from a gun. Now how to survive chronic poisoning from my personal experience. 1. Eat a high fat diet, as the worst OP's are lipid soluble, the last thing you want to do is burn fat as this causes Hepatatic activation (potentiation) of thions to oxons an orders of magnitude increase in toxicity. 2. Use Nicotine, Studies of Gulf War Veterans exposed to OP's on the Battlefield showed those who smoked had less severe symptoms. Nicotine occupies temporarily Nicotinic receptors which are one of the main receptor types attacked by OP's. They are called Nerve Agents for a reason. As a former athlete I was always opposed to cigarettes so maybe the patch is a better option. 3. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) is a competitive antagonist for excess acetylcholine build up due to cholinesterase inhibition. All OP's and Carbamates are Cholinesterase inhibitors one permanent the other temporary, this is the root cause of their toxicity. In Veterinary Medicine high dose Benadryl is used to treat OP exposure, I've found it usefull and it has also been found to be cardio protective in regard to OP exposure. 4. Galantamine is a Carbamate that has prophylactic use against OP's especially those that are pro poisons and lipid soluble as my experience shows they activated at night due to peak liver function at that time due to circadian control over liver f(x). So the Carbamate occupies the receptor temporarily so that OP cannot get to it and cause irreversible damage. I would take before bedtime to avoid the hideous muscle vibrations that would wake me every night between 2-3 am. 5. Grapefruit Juice is an inhibitor of certain Cytochrome P-450 pathways , 3A4 and 2D6 which cause potentiation of certain OP's. Drink before bedtime to lessen toxicity of Lipid soluble OP's that are potentiated at night. 6. Antioxidants, Oxidative stress is a huge component of OP toxicity, when it gets real nasty you have peri oxidation of Lipids which causes a hydrogen peroxide taste in your mouth and is proof of an over run detoxification system. CoQ10, Vitamin E which also has anti coagulation properties is good, also Tumeric for inflammation and anything that improves Mitochondrial F(x) is good. I'd be doing Linus Pauling a disservice if I forgot Vitamin C. 7. Superfoods, Chlorella Vulgaris as mentioned by Dr Wayland J. Hayes in his seminal text Pesticides Studied in Man on pg. 301 has shown efficacy in restoring Cholinesterase in Vitro, my personal experience says take it by the handful. Waylon also says Trichlorfon degrades in the body to Dichlorvos causing a well known Psychosis, just had to sneak that in! 8. Bella Donna Alkyloids, Jimson Weed common in the Southwest USA contains Atropine and Scopolamine and its seeds or leaves are useful for OP exposure. This must be done carefully (titrated) to the point of Atropinization which is noticeable by dry mouth etc.. If you don't have OP exposure don't take it as it is otherwise toxic. These are some of the things that have kept me alive thru 20 years of sporadic sadistic torture with Organophosphates by a corrupt organization that thinks it's OK to do this to people, hopefully you'll never need this information. | Chronic Organophosphate Exposure | https://www.facebook.com/ChronicOrganophosphateExposure/ | 189 | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | TEXT | 1969-12-31 18:00 | https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.35426-6/462229978_554896277023498_2741945613314852174_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_s60x60&_nc_cat=111&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=c53f8f&_nc_ohc=L_jlpC_gyaYQ7kNvgHzNF22&_nc_zt=14&_nc_ht=scontent-lga3-1.xx&_nc_gid=Aly3KcqOmCxSZjq2ZFwtWqh&oh=00_AYDmJNeCJTUVB2btuRpPNxSxDIon8zoTGy9du_00XSiCmA&oe=671467DA | PERSON_PROFILE | 0 | 0 | 0 | Chronic Organophosphate Exposure | 0 | 0 | 1969-12-31 18:00 | View Edit Delete |
