SHARE SHARE<br /> <br /> That’s right we got in a group of adorable mini horses that are looking for their forever homes in Charlottesville, VA.<br /> <br /> We are running a HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS special where ALL adoption fees are $500!!<br /> <br /> They all saw the vet and farrier and are all up to date and ready to roll to their new homes. SHARE SHARE SHARE<br /> <br /> THE MINIS:<br /> <br /> River 💧 <br /> River is an estimated ~30 year old mare standing 33”. She is TINY! She looks just like a little mustang. She can be hard to catch but is pretty good to handle once you have her. She’s just very nervous. We think she was a breeding machine in her past life combined with an Amish dirtbike so she flinches when you take a hold of her. She deserves a wonderful retirement home for Christmas with someone who will patiently love her on her daily. She also will make an excellent companion as she’s one of the few senior minis I’ve seen with no evidence of Cushings or founder. UTD on vet and farrier. Sound with no health issues.<br /> <br /> Mazda 🚗 <br /> Mazda is a 20 year old mare who stands 30”. She is TINY! Like one of the smallest ones we have that is not a baby. She picks up feet and leads. She can be hard to catch but once you have is very docile and easy to handle, and how tiny she is (she’s TINY) is just unbelievable. She’s had a rough life and is nervous but coming around very quickly. This sweet senior is wishing for a home for the Christmas holidays. UTD on vet/farrier. Sound with no health issues. <br /> <br /> Audi 🏎️ <br /> Audi is an 18yo gelding standing 33”. He is a little hard to catch but good once you have him. He would be kid safe with a couple more sessions of handling. He has a cute spikey Mohawk mane. He’s another tiny one that is too small to ride but would make a PERFECT companion. He UTD with vet and farrier and is sound with no health issues.<br /> <br /> Ford 🛻 <br /> Ford is a 20 year old gelding standing 38”. He is KID SAFE but does have a significant roar which is probably why the riding school dumped him. He’s fine for a pasture pet or a leadline pony but if he really gets running around (galloping) he sounds like an old diesel truck in December. Even though he may Darth Vadar sometimes he’s so SWEET and easy to handle, it’s easy to overlook and love him anyway. He’d love to be under a tree for a little girl or boy. He is UTD on vet and farrier and has no health issues beyond the roar. <br /> <br /> Ray ☀️ <br /> Ray is a 25 year old miniature gelding standing 34”. KID SAFE! He is too small to ride and is blind in his right eye, but he is an absolute sweetheart. He’s easy to catch and is UTD with vet and farrier with no significant health issues. Can anyone open up their home and heart to this sweet senior?<br /> <br /> Subaru 🚙 <br /> <br /> Subaru is an adorable 23 year old gelding standing 35”. He is opinionated and a little pushy, but I think his life as an Amish dirt bike has been difficult and he’s not as trusting because of it. He’s warming up very quickly to everyone and loves treats. I think with a little more work he’d be kid safe, but he’d be a great companion mini. UTD with vet and farrier with no health issues. <br /> <br /> *ADOPTED* Maserati 🏎️ <br /> Maserati is a 23 year old miniature gelding standing 39”. He is broke to lead line ride bareback (our feral TINY QT children scrambled aboard) and is an absolute sweetheart. KID SAFE! He loves attention and grooming. He is UTD with vet and farrier and has no known health issues. *Only available to home with a kid, he is far too kid safe and would be bored as just a companion pony.
