The equipment and everything you see is fully operational with no issues. We had the truck full checked out by Sentry Station in Fort Oglethorpe as well as brought the skid to a professional pressure washing company and they thoroughly checked out and all came back in a great functioning order. <br /> <br /> Why are we selling it? In 2022 my father-in-law (78 years old) started the company, and they did about 50K in business. The 1st quarter of 2023 did about 23k. They picked up work by word-of-mouth referral, personal connections, some networking meetings and a small Google Ad budget of $500 for a few months. At the start of the 2nd quarter in 2023, one of the key employees had decided to move onto a new career path leaving a void. We decided to go ahead and phase the company out.
