All screens have been replaced as well and we had a new roof installed a few months ago, as well as a brand new awning. <br /> <br /> The kitchen has a brand new top of the line gas range with 4 burners, a sufficiently sized oven, and lower storage. The fridge is quite large as well and has both electric and gas capability for use when traveling. The enormous pantry closet is lined with shelves and nice lighting for easy viewing and organizing. The counters are quality butcher block with exceptional durability. <br /> <br /> There is a lovely apron farmhouse sink with a charming vintage style faucet. There is also a utility closet for storing brooms/vacuums/coats etc. Above the pantry, you&#039;ll find a cozy loft that technically sleeps 2, but is currently used as a kids play nook. It was the perfect spot for our older boys to build Legos, out of the baby&#039;s reach. The ladder is a pull-out ladder that is attached to the pantry door. It&#039;s a bit scuffed up from regular wear and tear but it&#039;s structurally perfect.<br /> <br /> The living room has several large windows providing ample natural light and picturesque views. The West Elm sofa has some wear, but is still very comfy and looks quite nice. The dining table, storage bench, and tuck-away bench are all custom built and perfectly situated in the space. We use the bench storage for arts and crafts and homeschool materials. Nearby, you&#039;ll find a custom-built cabinet storage area with a Samsung Frame TV mounted to the center. This storage area has the capability to house SO many things, it&#039;s an invaluable addition. And last for this main area, the entrance wall has a custom-built picture frame door to hide the control panel. The art can easily be changed out if desired. There are also a handful of pegs and hooks for hanging coats, backpacks, etc. The stairs to the upper bedroom are also custom built and were designed to store shoes inside. Each stair is hinged and does an excellent job keeping our shoes out of the way! <br /> <br /> Up the stairs, you&#039;ll find the full bathroom directly to the left. The floors are real ceramic hex tile and the toilet is a residential model, making the bathroom experience feel very house like! The sink and vanity area is small but efficient. There is storage below and in the medicine cabinet. There is a towel rack that isn&#039;t pictured, as well as a few towel hooks for easy storage. The French glass shower doors with brass fixtures and faux concrete finishes are sure to give you a luxurious experience. We also replaced the skylight in the shower to provide even more natural light and magical views of nature! <br /> <br /> Off the bathroom, you&#039;ll find the main bedroom with a super comfortable full mattress (new), a built in dresser, and tons of fantastic closet storage! We had a custom cane headboard made to give the room a cozier more residential vibe. <br /> There is a location in the far right closet for a washer and dryer but we opted out of installing due to having existing laundry on our property. Water and drain are available, they just need to be cut in. <br /> <br /> The toy hauler garage is easily the most versatile room in the camper. When we bought the camper, there were 2 queen beds on hydraulics, sleeping 4 in that room (which put sleep count at 8). We decided to remove the beds and rebuild 1 platform bed for our 2 older boys to sleep in and put a full sized baby crib on the floor. By day, we would raise the queen bed to the ceiling via the electrical lift and the room would become their playroom. There is a half bathroom in there, so it was perfect for brushing teeth, potty breaks etc! We have seen endless ways to transform toy hauler garages into exactly what families need, so the sky really is the limit if you choose to change it up. <br /> <br /> The back wall of the garage bedroom transforms into a quaint patio setting. There are fold out rails and a nice area for setting up lounge chairs or even an easel and some paints! There is also an electric awning for those extra sunny days when you need a bit of shade. <br /> There are kits you can buy to turn it into a screened in porch, which look amazing too! The doors leading out to the patio are clear and screened for ample natural light and delightful seasonal breezes. <br /> <br /> The original Cummins generator is included with the RV that we never used. Maintenance may be required but apparently it&#039;s a great generator for anyone needing that asset! <br /> <br /> We transformed every inch of this RV except for the half bathroom. Also side note for anyone who cares: we are very mold conscious and inspected every bit of the camper to make sure it was free and clear of leaks and mold!
