Dear Friends of New Hope for Children:<br /> <br /> When any one of us intentionally reflect on the reality that there are thousands of children living directly amidst the opioid crisis in our home state or that there are millions of underprivileged children living in orphanages around the world, we understandably become overwhelmed. We begin to think that there is nothing a single person can do that will make any sort of positive impact as that seems to be an insurmountable feat. <br /> Trust us when we tell you that our time spent in Russian, Ghanaian and Ugandan orphanages has left burdensome memories with little hope until we came to the realization that it is not about saving every child rather it is about being a small part of someone’s story. That someone will be a child you will likely never meet, but it is a vulnerable person who needs you, and all of us, perhaps more than any other. <br /> This annual appeal comes at a very special time for New Hope for Children. The agency is celebrating its 30-year anniversary! This year, we have opened a program in Canada and have been approved to work in Hong Kong as well. The agency is currently focusing on the approval process for installing a Safe Haven box for babies in need. This is a very exciting time, and your generous donation is so appreciated as it helps us to continue to make a positive difference in the lives of deserving children and their caretakers both here in New Hampshire as well as throughout the world.
