Soooo the key to figuring out how much you should eat to lose weight…. is figuring out how much you burn in a day

But here’s the problem:
<br /> Just because 1900 cals or 1700 cals was a deficit for you 2 years ago, doesnt mean it will be NOW…

Why?🤔

Because how much you burn in a day depends on MANY factors including:

✅ how much you move each day
✅ how much you’re currently eating
✅ your height weight and age
<br /> Among other things….

AKA, how many cals you burn in a day CHANGES. It’s not just one set thing. 

So yeah - maybe you were losing weight on 1900 cals 2 years ago..

But if your body isn’t E X A C T L Y the same now as it was 2 years ago (spoiler alert - its not), 1900 cals likely wont be a deficit for you today
