What just some of this means:<br /> 👉 Release of liability for the NAR and its partners. <br /> 👉Compensation offers moved off of the Multiple Listing Service. <br /> 👉Written agreements for buyers working with agents. <br /> 👉Settlement payment by the NAR for $418M.<br /> 👉No admission of any wrongdoing by the NAR or its partners and no exposure for copycat lawsuits. <br /> <br /> ✅ This is a HUGE opportunity for professional agents who provide value to someone looking to buy or sale a property to articulate their value proposition. <br /> ✅ This allows Sellers to completely choose if they want to offer compensation to any buyers representative or not. <br /> ✅ It will allow clarity around how an agent gets paid and how much. <br /> <br /> What’s interesting is that this is very much so in many ways how the Commercial Real Estate industry already functions.
