Marcus Buckingham will pivot from high road leadership and helps us discover where we're at our best—both at work and in life. You've long been told to "Do what you love." Sadly, no person or system is dedicated to discovering the crucial intersection between what you love to do and how you contribute it to others. Marcus shows you how to break free from this conformity—how to decode your own loves, turn them into their most powerful expression, and do the same for those you lead and those you love.

Kendra Scott will share key lessons from failure that she has learned along the way, starting from building a business with $500 and growing it from a small start-up to a billion-dollar business that has won over loyal fans, media and celebrities alike. Kendra will also share what success to significance looks like for her, as her entrepreneurial spirit has taken her beyond her business to numerous endeavors to include becoming an incredible philanthropist, member of “Shark Tank”, to the founding of the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute and University of Texas, Austin, to name a few.

Next Ryan Leak poses the question what would you do if you knew you could not fail? Chasing Failure is all about having a vision for a dream, a goal, a mission, and knowing that the road will be paved with failure, but still proceeding with conviction and passion. This is what sets those who succeed beyond measure, from those who simply exist. The fear of failure will keep you inside a box, stall innovation, and make sure you hesitate anytime you even think about taking a risk that could help you achieve goals beyond your wildest dreams. As leadership expert Ryan Leak shares, you don’t actually have to get over the fear. Just do it scared and take really good notes.
