*Week in Review with Johnny J*<br /> <br /> Good Friday Morning, Team Ropers! I am on my way to Live Oak, FL for the Florida Championships Super Q. I literally have my crew scattered all over the place for the next couple weeks. I will be in Live Oak today and tomorrow with Logan, Monica, Scott Elliott, and his crew. Then I’ll be flying to Fort Worth to help out with the Patriot. Mason, Katie, and Emma are all working that event for the entire week. I will then hop on a plane Thursday and fly to Memphis and meet up with Pam, Corbie, and BJ. Chavis, Monica, Logan, Ashley, and the JX2 Cattle Crew are headed that way also for us to produce the Big Ticket in Tunica, MS. We will all reconvene in East TN on Monday night March 11, and a big portion of us will be headed back to Franklin, TN later on that week for the Tennessee Championships Super Q. So, When I tell you I have them scattered out everywhere, I’m serious. We are super excited about all 3 of these events that we are producing as well as the Patriot in Fort Worth. We will post all 3 of these ads in the comments for you to take a look at. There’s lots of big money, great prizes, and ways to get qualified for the USTRC Finals and the WSTR Finale. It’s always in the back of my mind, and it’s never too early to be making your plans for the USTRC Finals at the end of April. Once again, I cannot stress to you ropers under 21 and the parents of those ropers- you MUST have 10 entries since January 1 to be able to enter at the Finals. And, believe me, you’re going to want to be eligible to rope! I believe this will be the biggest Finals for the last several years!<br /> Personally, things have been a whirlwind this last week. Penny, Mason, Emma, and I went over to Montreat, NC last Thursday to watch Eli play basketball. He had a great game. His team came up a little short, but they played outstanding. Then, Penny, Eli, and I went to Asheville Friday night to watch Mason and Emma in the SRA finals. Mason and Logan managed to win a check, but Emma didn’t have much luck. Sunday, Penny, Kelly, and I went to Chapel Hill, NC to watch Eli play in the Dean Dome against UNC’s reserves and junior varsity. That was quite an experience for him and us seeing him have an opportunity to play at such a respected basketball school with a great history. It’s been crazy trying to get everyone sent out and headed in their respective directions. If you’ve called or texted and left me a message that I haven’t returned, just hang tight. I will do my very best to get back with you soon. It’s just busy times right now. I sure hope to see lots of you at all these events we have going on in the next 2 weeks!
