Full Body Friday 🤩<br /> <br /> This is one of my regular workouts. (Usually I only post a portion of my workout.) I like to pick 6-9 exercises and break them down into circuits to save on time. I only have time to strength train 3 times a week. <br /> <br /> Every 6-8 weeks I’ll change rep range and work on endurance and sometimes I’ll break up the weeks into full body splits to change it up and for variety.
