Can you deploy as a wildland fire medical provider in 2024?<br /> <br /> FRONT LINE EMS 2024<br /> WILDLAND FIRE MEDIC WAGE ANNOUNCEMENT<br /> <br /> We are happy to announce another large pay increase in order to address inflation and provide the highest caliber EMS providers with the best compensation and benefits.<br /> <br /> Starting hourly and OT rates plus stipend will equal the following average daily pay:<br /> • EMTF’s (EMT) $610-$700 per day<br /> • AEMF’s (AEMT) $660-$750 per day<br /> • EMPF’s (Paramedic) $810-$900 per day<br /> <br /> Starting pay will increase based on merit and amount of experience and will fluctuate/increase with production of superior fire evaluations. A superior eval will equal a raise until you have reached the max pay.<br /> Past fire evaluations can be used for higher/highest starting pay this year up to the max. Highly experienced wildland providers should be able to start at the max easily.<br /> <br /> Those with zero wildland experience will automatically begin $50/day lower than the above range unless they attend our pre-season fire camp. Priority will be given to those deploying with a POV<br /> • All wildland team members will receive a $200 per week healthcare/wellbeing stipend (to use at your discretion)<br /> • All team members receive an additional 8 hours of regular pay for any of the 11 federal holidays you’re deployed<br /> <br /> 2024 FIRE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS<br /> <br /> • Full pay direct deposited weekly<br /> • Access to 401k, healthcare, and retirement options through our payroll company<br /> • Bonuses! Year-end pro-rata share of company profit (based on # of days deployed) with all good-standing employees that deployed during the year. The more you deploy, the bigger your year-end bonus!<br /> • All providers are full employees (employer taxes paid by company not by individual)<br /> • Crew houses available for staged “next-up” personnel at no cost<br /> • Access to Off-season employment/deployment opportunities/contracts and free trainings<br /> • Workman’s Compensation policies and agency EMS licenses or permissions held in each state of operations<br /> • Coverage under company’s liability and malpractice insurance<br /> • Negotiated discounts on courses by affiliate training companies<br /> • Access to attend “Front Line 2024” YEAR-END CRUISE and medical conference, where you&#039;ll also receive an attendance reimbursement/bonus of $40 per day you deploy Jan-Nov (up to $2000).<br /> <br /> STANDARDS/REQUIREMENTS:<br /> <br /> • NO NREMT required<br /> • NO Vaccinations Required (but recommended)<br /> • No non-compete. You are welcome to be on any other company rosters.<br /> • Must have a minimum of 1 year of 911 or similar, high acuity experience<br /> • Must be fire qualified: Hold FEMA/IC 100 &amp; 700, NWCG S130, S190, L180, and current year Arduous Pack Test, (and current year RT130 if not your first year on fires).
