Body | Sunday funday!!!<br /> <br /> How do you get out and play?<br /> <br /> This one was special because we had nowhere to go, just time carved out for the four of us at the gym. It’s definitely the #simple things that do it for me. <br /> <br /> I started back squatting again. Today is day 1 of getting curious on my max strength. <br /> <br /> I’ve focused on getting my body moving and feeling symmetrical. This comes after a pretty dense history of concussion, whiplash, and multiple cervical, thoracic, and lumbar disc herniations. <br /> <br /> My first venture back testing my body and spine was head stands. Now that I can weight bear through my spine on both ends without pain, I’m finally mentally prepared to start loading up to see how this rebuilding phase will go. <br /> <br /> What’s my goal? To stay as efficient and comprehensively powerful, from head to toe. If muscles are body armor, I’m going to create the best body armor I can. <br /> <br /> What’s the bonus? I spent the day with my family doing the things we love to do.
