We are ALWAYS manifesting. Whether we like it or not.

The issue is that we think it’s only a conscious decision we make, and that all the things that happen to us that we don’t like are by random happenstance.

But, that’s not the case.

Counter-manifesting is a term my soul family and I use often. It could be, you tried to manifest what you wanted and got the exact opposite, nothing is happening differently, or you got what you wanted but it somehow blew up in your face or was taken as fast as it came.

That was my life to a tee.

Before I began the TRUE journey to changing my life, you know the one where all the “trying” finally, actually, thank GOODNESS, works?… I was looking in all the wrong places.

Thinking, let me change the people I attract in my life by telling them to treat me better, by leaving them or turning into a people pleaser and getting walked ALL OVER.

Hoping, if this one coworker would just quit I might like my job at least a little bit more, or constantly thinking how I needed to make more money to be happy.

Wishing, please God just end it all if it’s not going to get any better. My life feels like a hamster wheel of disaster.
It was the fall of 2015 that I came to this profound space in my life where I was either going to shut my light off forever, or step forward with a deep amount of surrender.

What I realized through that journey of finally doing the LAST thing to manifest what I DID want, was that it was not about focusing on the ONE thing I wanted.

Manifestation was actually a bit of a science. It was about how our brains worked and how to harness high vibrational energy. To hear the whispers that were actually always there.
