Try it out:

1️⃣ Lie on your back with one knee bent, foot flat on the floor.
2️⃣ Grab behind your opposite thigh and bring your knee toward your chest.
3️⃣ Slowly extend your knee while pulling your toes toward you (dorsiflexion).
4️⃣ Reverse the movement by bending your knee and pointing your toes away (plantarflexion).
5️⃣ Move in and out of this position for 10-15 reps, keeping it gentle and pain-free.

This helps free up nerve movement without stretching tissues that don’t need it.
