Mitch Jeter, the kicker for Notre Dame had the game in his hands with seven seconds left in a tie game and 41 yards separating Notre Dame from their first championship appearance since 2013. This was a challenge for Mitch because he was suffering with a groin injury for several weeks.
Fortunately, for Mitch, he called Dr. Andrew Jeter, a doctor of chiropractic who was also his father.
