Note: pics are a bit dated because I'm lazy, but we've cleaned up and added new decor since those were taken in August.

- Modern, clean, spacious, recently built 2-story home located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in the Hollywood District

- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
Room for rent shares a bathroom with one other room (in the hallway)

- Huge kitchen with 2 fridges, plenty of appliances and cooking space

- Multiple "living room" areas so you can socialize with others or do your own thing

- Plenty of garage storage space

- Free on-street parking with a driveway that's basically first-come-first-serve

- 2 shy but very friendly and affectionate cats are already in the house, not opposed to more pets will be considered on case-by-case basis. Owner does not allow dogs, unfortunately.

- 24/7 Hollywood Fitness gym across the street

- Whole Foods within walking distance, Safeway & Trader Joe's a longer walk, bike ride, or short drive away

🛏 Your room:

- It's the one with the air mattress and cat in the photos (it's empty now). Adjacent room also shown to get an idea of how much furniture can fit in there.

- Currently empty and available for move-in at your convenience; we are trying to fill the room by the start of March.

- $760/mo with $750 security deposit

- Utilities are generally ~$100-$200/person, leaning more toward $200 right now with it being winter

- Fair-sized room with 20ft ceilings that can accommodate a queen or king-sized bed with dressers or other small furniture

- Spacious closet with doors

- Shared bathroom with bathtub and shower

👥 Your roommates:

- Four Late 20's, early 30's professionals who generally work remotely, at-home either in our rooms or in the living rooms:

- Hannah (Master bedroom), idk her job yet lol

- Amelia (Adjacent upstairs room), barista and stand-up comedian

- John, product designer, & Danie, lgbtq therapist, (basement) are partnered and dating

✨ The vibe:

- Everybody is very friendly, chill, open-minded, respectful, neat and tidy, and good at communicating when issues arise.

- Our home sometimes feels more like a big apartment with shared living spaces than an actual house because of how spacious it is how everyone spreads themselves around and lives in these spaces.

- We don't per se hangout on any frequent or consistent basis, but we are all friendly and enjoy each other's company when we do.

- We sometimes get together to chat, watch shows, play games/videogames (e.g. mario party), do arts and crafts, decorate for the holidays, or share desserts

- 420 friendly

👤 You:

- age 25-35

- Cleanly, kind, respectful, and proactively helps with chores as-needed

- Employed with a stable job and able to afford and pay rent on time each month

❌ Unfortunately, no to:
- Dogs (landlord doesn't permit it)
- Cigarette smokers
- Third-shift workers
