Abandoned by the wolf pack, hurt by Harry, and disheartened, she had a child.
She ran away, he chased, and after three years of playing the escape game, he finally found her.
"Look how good you are to me, baby."

Marva pulls the car to a stop outside the two - story pack house. I eye the building warily, my eyes wide with fear.
"I wish I could -"
I yank the door open and slide out. I don't want to hear her apologies. There's nothing she can do for me anyway.
She's bound by a blood oath to the Alpha. If she goes against him, she'll either be killed or, even worse, exiled.
Exile is every werewolf's worst nightmare. Breaking the bond with the pack turns you into a lone rogue. And if no other pack takes you in right away, it's a one - way ticket to a slow, agonizing madness. "Thanks, Marva," I manage a weak smile.
She tries to smile back, but it falters. I tear my gaze away from her and head inside the pack house.
Just as I'd expected, I run into Harry in the living area. The moment our eyes meet, my hands start shaking like leaves.
His eyes flash a fierce golden. That's a dead - giveaway of his instant fury. It means his wolf is struggling to break free and shift.
"Where the hell have you been?" He hisses, stalking towards me.
My hands tremble at my sides. I know I'm defenseless without a wolf. I can't even protect myself.
"Answer me!" He grabs my jaw roughly, squeezing it hard.
Pain clouds my vision. I scratch at his hands, but he just presses down harder.
"Let me go," I shriek.
"You reek of another guy," he growls, his breath hot in my face.
His normally brown eyes are still ablaze with that golden glow, showing that his wolf is just as pissed as he is.
"Leave me alone, Harry," I thrash around, trying to push him away.
"Leave you?" He seethes and throws me back.
My spine hits the wall, and then I slide down, my left side slamming into the floor. The sickening sound of bones cracking makes my stomach churn. I let out scream after scream. And Harry doesn't stop there. I lose count of how many times his fists pound into my face or his legs kick me all over.
He doesn't let up until I'm crawling on my hands and knees, begging him to stop. My nails break at the roots. My body is a broken mess.
He gives me one last kick in the ribs, and there's another crack. Then he steps back.
"Try to mess with me again, and you're done, sl*t," he spits on my blood - covered body after his cruel words.
After he's finished, Harry just leaves me there. I'm in agony, barely clinging to life.
It's not the first time. I know I'm about to pass out. And when I wake up, I'll still be lying in the same spot. I'll have to tend to my own wounds, cry alone, and suffer without anyone to comfort me.
"Whose b**tard is it?" Alpha Daniel growls in my face.
I squeeze my eyes shut. "I - I don't know."
"I'm asking you for the last time, Layla!" His fist slams into my face, knocking me to the ground.
"I don't know, Alpha," I cry out, immediately pulling my knees up to protect my stomach from the blows.
One mistake. One night. And fate just wouldn't let it go.
I found out I was pregnant just a month later. It's pretty rare for werewolves. The baby growing inside me isn't ordinary. When I secretly went to see the pack doctor, Vera, she told me it's a powerful breed and it's growing super fast. I'll be ready to give birth in six months instead of eight.
When I heard all that, my first thought was to get rid of it. I wasn't in any position to raise a kid. But I just couldn't do it.
How could I get rid of a part of me?
This baby is my flesh and blood. The thought of killing it, killing an innocent child, is like killing myself.
This baby is mine, and I'm not giving it up.
So, I decided I'd run away tonight to save my baby and myself. But Doctor Vera told Alpha Daniel the truth. And now, here we are in his pack office, and he's beating the crap out of me.
He kicks my arms. Animal - like growls rumble from his lips. He keeps hitting me, and I just take it, doing my best to shield my stomach.
Today, I'm not screaming. I'm not going to scream ever again. I'm going to endure it until I get a chance. And when I do, I'm never looking back. I'm going to build a life for myself. I'm going to raise this baby with all the love and care in the world. The door to his office bursts open. I peek out from behind my elbow to see who it is.
"Dad!" Harry yells.
Alpha Daniel stops hitting me and turns to his son. He's breathing hard after all the damage he's done to me.
I, on the other hand, am too scared to move. I'm afraid my body's going to fall apart. I bite down hard on my lower lip to stop the small cries of pain from escaping.
I'm not going to be weak anymore. I'm going to be strong for the baby. I'm going to be brave and smart, all for the life growing inside me.
"You were going to kill her," Harry sighs.
"This b***h won't die that easily. She's a curse!" Alpha Daniel hisses at him.
"She might be a curse, but she's not indestructible, Dad," he rolls his eyes and walks over to me.
Harry crouches down and touches my elbow. Despite my best efforts, a whimper slips out. He shakes his head and grabs my arms, pulling me into a sitting position. Everything hurts. My arms, my head, my insides.
Tears fill my eyes as the pain becomes almost too much to bear.
"Come on. Get up," Harry pulls me to my feet.
I follow him without a word of protest. He leads me out of his father's office.
"Get that damn b**tard out of her, Harry," Alpha Daniel sneers just before the door closes behind me.
My eyes widen in terror. I look at Harry and find him already smirking at me.
He's going to force me to have an abortion. I just know it.
