Which is a product that will be used due to lack of recycling bottle’s correctly.
This happen it’s gonna be a mandatory legislation in a few years in the United States but I need the money now, so I’m looking for at least somebody to work either license it or purchase for the right price .

The product that can be utilized to the masses as it relates to the bottling industry (500 billion products yearly) even if you get 1 percent of the market it’s 5 billion of my product sold each year , and the only reason I don’t do this on my own is I don’t have the money or time to start it up.first come basis .

As you may know we lack a way to recycle bottle caps (hundreds of billions of caps annually worldwide ) do to the loss in which they separate from the bottle cap through use. We have that solution, it’s called Flap Cap (registered trademark as well as a fully granted utility patent ). Also there is an issue with the wildlife which choke on bottle caps as well as small children every year.Many animals, such as sea turtles, seabirds, and marine mammals have been known to ingest marine debris, which they mistake for food. This may lead to loss of nutrition, internal injury, intestinal blockage, starvation, and even death. One study found that 82 of 144 bird species examined contained small plastic debris in their stomachs, and in many species the incidence of ingestion exceeds 80% of the individuals.

The typical materials ( food grade ) used but are not limited to are :

TPE = ThermoPlastic Elastomer
TPU = Thermoplastic PolyUrethane, which is a type of ThermoPlastic Elastomer

Flap Cap what is a tethered bottle cap
add on with an O-ring that goes under the seat of the bottle cap under the treading with a bi-tether connection to cap that goes over the cap itself and has a brake mechanism once bottle cap is twisted off holds it back in place .Once you are finished with the drink , pull it from the top of the cap has a duckbill for easy removal and can be reused multiple times. This product can be a replacement cap as well as stated in the
patent . This can made for any particular size or product so there is no limitations and on the material as well.

7. Can be use for a cross promotional product on a beverage or just as a giveaway as a promotional product.( e.g. Stadium giveaways, concert promos, companies just wanting to promote and put the product on the top)
8. Put on /remove in seconds.
9. Can be an Antibacterial device not directly touching the manufacturer bottle cap.(ideal for workouts ,dirty jobs, children , military use field service)
10. Arthritis - softer touch adds torque , improves grip to opening bottle.
