LAND FOR SALE!!!

Alrighty folks. God had other plans for Kelly and I, and that was for us to be parents of an amazing 3 year old little girl named Journey. Journey has been a huge blessing in our lives and we are blessed to be able to call her ours now. With that being said, our land on Hwy 45, is now FOR SALE. We had very high ambitions of building our future store Hwy 45 Ag at that location but again, God had another plan for us. We have told several people about us staying at our current location and we have had some yays, and some aw mans. Like I have told several people, looking back at when our kids were younger, I missed alot of activities by thinking I needed to stay late to get inventory done, or place this order, ect. God is giving me another chance and I dont wanna mess this up.
So saying all that we have right at 30 acres of land that runs along Executive Drive and Pull Tight Road in Saltillo, MS. There are 2 easements to this property. I forget the exact amount of road frontage that it has along Hwy 45, but its alot. I spent several hours mulching to help clear some land and it really opened it up. This block of land is zoned commercial.
