Today we’re making small-batch mulled cider using the Salton MultiPot® Multi-Cooker! (RECIPE⬇️)

Now, the recipe!

4.5 cups apple cider
3-4 orange slices
1/2-in fresh ginger
2 cinnamon sticks
1 date
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Place the strainer accessory in the Salton 1.25 L MultiPot Multi-Cooker.

Add all the non-cider ingredients to the strainer basket. Pour in apple cider.

Place lid on the MultiPot and be sure it’s turned so the pour spout is sealed.

Turn the temperature control knob to high + bring to a boil.

Lower the temperature knob to low heat (one dot above the warming function) + let simmer for 15-30 min.

Serve right away or turn the temperature to the warming level. Remove strainer + pour straight from the pot!
