What are you NOT doing this year to have more joy?

Social media does a good job of making it look like you need to do ALLLL THE THINGS, especially during the holidays.
My advice to avoid burnout? Journal ✍️or think about what brings YOU joy this holiday season, and say “maybe we don’t” to the rest 🙅‍♀️

For me, I LOVE the go go go!
But the stress for me, can come from the planning and weaving the 452346 holiday dinners in between the school activities, my husband’s rotating schedule, and different appointments 😅

📆 Calendar: My husband and I have an app that sync with the digital kitchen app.
If it doesn’t exist on the calendar, it doesn’t exist 😂

If you’re already using a scheduling app, this is a literal no brainer.

✅ Lists: Grocery list, gift list, the to do list. This has shared some of the mental load 🙌
