If you tried to SPRINT 2 miles straight, you'd probably pass out.

(Unless you're one of those super-fit showoff types.)

But if you're a normal person ...

Even if you're in reasonably good shape …(stop laughing).

It would be awful.

But we keep hearing that's what we're supposed to do ...

🥺 And if we don't do that ...WE FAIL.

Come on?

❌ That’s just dumb.

Especially if the goal is just to go two miles from point A to point B.

If simply going the two miles from point A to point B was the main goal ..

🤯 It would be a whole lot easier just to walk

You don't even have to do it all at once.

You could just walk a little bit each day if you wanted to.

And if you just kept that up …
