Official Rules & Regulations for TWC-Toast With Companions

1. Eligibility:
• This giveaway is open to local business owners/individuals who are residents of the Quad Cities.
• Entrants must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.

2. How to Enter:
• Follow The Wandering Crowd.
• Share this giveaway post on your story/feed.
• Tag your business or a business that you’d love to win in the comments (1 tag = 1 entry).
• Multiple entries allowed by tagging additional businesses in separate comments.
• The giveaway ends on 11/19/2024 at 3:00 PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. Prize Details:
• The prize consists of our 2-hour dry-hire bar service for up to 50 guests.
• No cash or other substitutions are allowed.
• The prize must be redeemed by 05/1/2025.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:
• The winner will be randomly selected from valid entries on 11/19/2024, after 3:00 PM.
• The winner will be announced via social media.
• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours or does not accept prize another winner will be selected.

6. Privacy:
• By participating, entrants agree to share their information with TWC for the purpose of this giveaway and any associated marketing materials. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

7. Additional Conditions:
• TWC is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or other issues preventing entry.
• Participants agree to release TWC, the giveaway sponsor, and the platform from any liability associated with the giveaway.
