This is Jeff Styron from Garland Fulcher Retail Seafood Market. We would like to thank everyone for coming out last week and we look forward to seeing you again this weekend. We are open this week on Thurs, Nov 7th, Fri, Nov 8th and Sat, Nov 9th from 10am to 5:00pm. This Weekend Garland Fulcher Retail Seafood Market is recognizing and thanking our Veterans. This Saturday. Nov 9th there is a Pamlico County VETERAN’S DAY CELEBRATION starting at 10:00am to 12:00 noon at the Fred A. Anderson Elementary School located at 515 Anderson Dr, Bayboro, NC 28515. This event is for all Pamlico County Veterans and offers a Drive-Thru Chicken Dinner to Go, Gifts for Veterans, Live Music, and Free Raffle Tickets. On Monday, Nov 11th please take time to Remember and Honor our Veterans - Servicemen and women who have Stepped Up to Serve Our Country keeping us Safe and Free. Also starting this week we have a Thanksgiving Giveaway Contest on Facebook Starting on Nov. 8th and going through Nov 22nd. The winner will receive 5 lbs. of Shucked Oysters - To be entered you can go to the Garland Fulcher Seafood Market and when you buy your seafood you will be given a red ticket to write your name and phone number on. You will get your half of the ticket and the other half goes into our Contest Ticket Jar. Also if you want to enter onlin you may go to the County Compass Facebook page and if you like you may comment or share and will be entered into the contest. The contest ends on Nov 22nd at 4pm. A citizen in the community will be asked to draw the winning ticket at 4 pm on Friday, Nov 22nd and the name will be posted at that time on the County Compass Facebook Page. You do not have to be present to win. You may come on the Saturday 23rd to pick up the oysters or call to arrange a time for you to pick them up. This week in the Retail market we have Fresh Shrimp, Fresh Crab meat, and Fresh Scallops, Flounder, Fresh Salmon, Oysters in the pints, Oysters in the shell, Soft Shell crabs, Grouper, Tuna, Catfish, Snapper, Swordfish, Mahi Mahi, frozen Soft Shell Crabs, our world Famous Crab Balls, Crab Pies, Crab Pretzels, Crab Pizzas, and Crab quiche, all of our sauces and spices, our new hats, tee shirts and sweatshirts. If you wish to CALL YOUR ORDER IN just call Uncle Buddy at 252-670-7853, or Joey at 252-4971329 and they will have it bagged up and ready for you when you arrive. If you are traveling and want to take your fish and seafood with you back home we can pack it on ice for your trip home. Don't forget we now accept credit and debit cards and you can pay ahead with your card if you like.
