🔥 Tempo Matters! Fast vs. Slow – Which Is Better? 🔥

The goal isn’t just to move the weight—it’s to build strength, control, and confidence with every rep.

Ever find yourself rushing through reps, thinking the faster, the better? I used to feel the same way! But I realized that speed isn’t the only factor that counts in building effective strength and muscle growth. 🐢

In the first video, I’m moving quickly through the exercise. It might look intense, but I’m missing out on some serious benefits by rushing through the reps.

Then, I slowed down. I focused on the muscle, controlled each phase of the movement, and instantly felt the difference. I was able to THINK about engaging the muscle (known as mind-muscle connection) and ensuring my form was prestine. That extra control challenged my body in a new way! 🍑

By adding tempo to my training, I’m maximizing each rep and seeing better results without lifting heavier. Slower doesn’t mean easier – it means smarter!

The way you move matters. Slowing down increases time under tension, helps with form, and makes every rep more effective. Quality > Quantity!
