Here are some fun facts for anyone interested:
1. Rudy Salas is the owner of the Tierra Trademark.
2. Steve Salas IS NOT.
3. Rudy assigned him a 40% NON-Voting Share which means : “ Assign to Steve Salas a 40% non-voting share of the trademark Tierra via a conveyance of assignment conforming to the conditions of this settlement Agreement. That is, Steve will be unable to demand changes to the trademark, to Tierra or to this Agreement. This gives Steve what he desires while providing Rudy a measure of assurance that Steve will not interfere with Tierra. “
5. Attempts were made to change the trademark AFTER Steve passed away
He died Feb 10, 2022 ,
Changes were made by adding David, Rita and Mary as assignees on Feb 18, 2022 .
Their lawyer misrepresented himself to the USPTO as representing both Rudy & I and he was able to get in and make changes . ( see pic below , my name As Owner but their attorneys contact information ) He added Steve’s name on as owner ( All these are facts and can and will be proven in court ) my information was changed so I was not being notified.
6. Once I did find out I worked with the USPTO to reverse those changes and as you can see it’s back to original form . They can no longer make any changes to the trademark 😊
