Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in handling a wide range of plumbing tasks, from leak detection and pipe repair to water heater installations and emergency troubleshooting. A successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure high-quality work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and install various plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct maintenance inspections to identify potential problems before they become costly repairs.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests, offering day or night service in alignment with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining services to clients in a clear and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with the Day & Night Plumbing, Heating & Cooling team to maintain a strong reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Service Plumber with a strong understanding of residential plumbing systems.
• Current plumbing license in the state of New Mexico (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred).
• Proficiency in diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs, and installing new systems.
• Ability to handle emergencies and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as needed for customer emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with plumbing in both residential and light commercial settings.
• Knowledge of the latest industry technologies and trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
