As Western North Carolina embarks on the journey to recovery, many individuals will need to obtain building and zoning permits. Navigating the development regulations and zoning codes can be difficult. Habitat Land Planning understands the specific challenges and opportunities presented by properties in WNC. As a small business owner deeply rooted in our community, I understand this is an incredibly challenging time. The resilience, resourcefulness, and determination ingrained in our Appalachian heritage will propel our recovery.
