THE MEATS

SLOW SMOKED TURKEY BREAST-These super juicy, smokey, healthy breasts have become an Extremely Popular Item every single Friday. Usually sells out by 2pm because of its growing popularity…..and is a MASSIVELY popular item come Thanksgiving time. They run about 8lbs (we do not control the sizes…..so no size queens pick up day!!!) final after smoking weight. We only sell them WHOLE…….so none of this “I’ll take 3 pounds of turkey” crap….Ha.

What helps make them so Delish is our process.
We start by injecting them with our Savory Turkey Brine…..we inject them like the East German Women's Swim Team back in the 70’s. Absolutely Packed with Juice!!
We then coat them in our Turkey Massage Powder and then slow smoke them for hours and hours and hours while basting in Apple Juice contantly.

PRICE ……………………………………………………………………….$16.00 /LB.

KBS WHOLE SPIRAL SLICED HAM-These always go over in a HUGE way as well.
I was always raised on Turkey being strictly the main meat for the dinner…..but man….this is a whole weekend of hanging with family/friends/etc and whippin up some late night Ham n Swiss before bed, after a day of watching football is a beautiful thing.

It is also a good option if you do your own turkey…..this is a nice Side Piece to the Turkey for the weekend.

We smoke our Hams with FOUNDERS KBS BARREL CHUNKS, Cherry and Oak……glaze it, torch it…wrap it. Bam!!! Good to go.

TEXAS BRISKET-This National Award Winning slow smoked Brisket is for sure a Pit Head Favorite and it is a PERFECT weekend to have some laying around the house to snack on while watching college/pro/and HS football on TV that weekend. Refresh yourself after an afternoon nap with a nice cup full of Smokey Juicy Texas Brisket!!!

PIT STOP SMOKED TURKEY GRAVY-Drinkable by the gallon. 32 oz container…….$18 plus tax (made from the smoked turkey breast drippings)

MAC N CHEESE-1/2 pan-Award Winning in every way…….feeds (10-12)………..$32 plus tax

GREEN BEANS W SLIVERED ALMONDS……..feeds (10-12)………….$24 plus tax
