And there it is!!

We got it done y'all, a few months, a couple boards, a whole lotta paint and this is what we did...... Here come those long post y'all love lol

This is 2 out of 3 signs we made, we also made the front entrance sign but that's later later, that 1 looks crazy too 💯

I have a few people to thank before anything thou 🫡

🌲 1st off thank you oh so very much to Van Horn, Texas & Town of Van Horn City Hall and Mark Cabazuela for reaching out and allowing us to be apart of our towns continued development and growth!! We appreciate the business and looking forward to future opportunities 💪

It means the absolute world that I got to create these pieces for the SAME little league field that not only I grew up playing in, but that I now also coach my very own daughters tee ball teams and where we have our games ❤️ life's a trip, I know they're proud

🌲 Also shout-out to our own local Higginbotham brothers hardware store manger Kelly legarreta and his team for their continued support and business, we greatly appreciate y'all and look forward to continued success

🌲 🌲And of course let me emphasize how important this next shout out is.... had it not been for this person and his business we absolutely could NOT have done any of these signs, thank you so much to Juan Apodaca and his shop Kma Aut here in van horn tx, things got rough with the home shop before this project started and they have been graciously letting us use some shop space and have been a big part in this process, 1 of the greatest mechanics this town has, I absolutely recommend them, thanks again brodie 🤙

NOW! talking bout these 2 thicc pieces of art 🎨 🍑 these are now currently our BIGGEST builds to date, can't wait to see what tops it!!

Both signs are made from plywood, I used about 6 sheets each and some 2x6s on the back for framing
I started out using acrylic paints but after awhile that wasn't gonna work, so we switched it to some solid Rust-Oleum enamel and I just mixed em for whatever colors I needed and it worked out great!

The baseball is 12ft tall 12ft wide 💥

The glove is about 14ft tall and 12ft wide 💥

Kinda made a big wall of wood and shot the picture threw the projector for placement and then it was just me and a brush 🖌️ never thought I'd be doing things like this but i am absolutely aware of my blessings

And that's it! I think this post is long enough lol Feria Van Horn is going down the next 2 days y'all!! Today they got the rodeo and some awesome bands with of course the carnival right next door and food all over! bring the fam out and get you a Pic with the giant ball and glove and give us a tag!!!!
