Introducing Women’s Self-Defense & Empowerment Classes at Jiu-Jitsu USA®

At Jiu-Jitsu USA®, we are proud to launch our Women’s Self-Defense and Empowerment classes, specifically designed to provide women with essential self-defense skills and the confidence needed to protect themselves in real-world situations. These empowering sessions will take place every other Saturday for a series of three classes from 10 AM to 11 AM.

Class Overview:
The Women’s Self-Defense class focuses on practical techniques drawn from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and other self-defense disciplines. In a safe and supportive environment, participants will learn how to:

Neutralize Common Attacks: Defense strategies against grabs, holds, and strikes.

Situational Awareness: Techniques to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations.

Leverage & Control: How to use an opponent’s size and strength against them, making the class accessible to all, regardless of size or physical condition.

Increased Confidence: The techniques taught will empower women to feel more secure and in control in any situation.

Real-World Application: These classes focus on realistic scenarios and how to respond effectively under pressure.

Physical Fitness: Alongside learning essential defense skills, participants will also improve their overall fitness, agility, and strength.
