I can’t tell you how many sleepless nights I’ve had over the past 10 years. I’m in my 50s now, and for the longest time, I thought my terrible sleep was just part of getting older…

I’d toss and turn for hours, wake up drenched in sweat, or spend half the night itching like crazy… It got so bad that I started feeling the effects during the day.
