Body | How women who overeat go from out of control around food to having a healthy relationship with food even with a history of binging. After helping thousands of women stop feeling food obsessed and eat normally, I’ve noticed one major trend. Women who are constantly bouncing between dieting and binging have no idea why they’re doing it. They’re stuck in a vicious cycle that usually looks something like: *wakes up* “I’m going to be good today.” ✅ Breakfast: egg white omelet ✅ Lunch: grilled chicken salad *sneaks one cookie* 🤬 😭 “I can't do anything right. I have zero willpower. F’ it – I may as well just keep eating. I'll start over tomorrow.” *finishes entire box* They wake up each morning and swear they’ll make up for the black hole of food they ate the night before. They commit to getting back on track, but the cycle just continues. They’ve tried all the things to stop overeating and drop the lbs— Low carb, keto, paleo…you name it. When they “fail,” they think it’s because they don’t have “enough willpower.” But willpower is NOT the problem here. The problem is, women don’t even know why they’re binging in the first place. And without understanding the root cause of their binge eating, they won’t be able to have a “normal” relationship with food.
