It's Pumpkin Festival season, and to celebrate, we're giving away a free, brand-new Char-Broil Classic 4-burner gas grill!

Enter in person at the ReStore Wednesday, September 25th - Saturday, September 28th. We've added extra hours on Saturday so that all of our friends from the Pumpkin Festival have a chance to stop by and enter!

Gas Grill Giveaway Rules:
1. One entry per person per day. Entries must be made at the Hometown Habitat ReStore located at 225 S. Bridge Street, Jonesville, NC, beginning on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, and must be received by 5 p.m. September 28, 2024. There is no charge to enter.
2. Must be 18 years of age to enter and win.
3. Do not have to be present to win.; however, entries must be legible and easily discernable to win. Persons entering are responsible for ensuring that the entry is readable. In the event the winning ticket entry is not readable, it will be discarded and another winning entry ticket will be drawn. Hometown Habitat for Humanity shall have no further responsibility to the illegible ticket’s holder for any loss, including, but not limited to, the value of or loss of use of the prize or any costs incurred.
4. Drawing to be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. at the Hometown Habitat ReStore located at 225 S. Bridge Street, Jonesville, NC. The winner will be notified by phone within 24 hours.
5. The winner is responsible for taking possession of the prize from the Hometown Habitat ReStore, located at 225 S. Bridge Street, Jonesville, NC, within seven (7) calendar days of notification. The winner is responsible for all transportation costs. Hometown Habitat for Humanity is not responsible for any loss that results after the winner is notified. Failure to pick up the prize within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Hometown Habitat for Humanity shall have no further responsibility to the putative winner for any loss incurred, including, but not limited to, the value of or loss of use of the prize or any costs incurred by the putative winner.
6. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes incurred as a result of their win.
7. Winner must be from outside the Hometown Habitat for Humanity organization. Employees, Board Members, and their spouses are not eligible to win this prize.
8. Hometown Habitat for Humanity, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is conducting this giveaway as a promotion for its Affordable Homeownership Program, provides no warranty for the grill other than that provided by the manufacturer (if any), and is not responsible in any manner for the safe transportation and/or operation of the gas grill.
