Full Body Blaster

This is a workout I made that I repeatedly keep going back to and do when time is not my friend. I'll do as many rounds as I have time for. I can usually bust out 3-4 rounds of this in 30 min if I stay focused! Try this next time you're in a time crunch but still want to get a good full body workout in.

The workout-

10 burpees
2 upright rows-2 bicep curls-1 overhead press (8-10x)
10 push ups
Squat to squat jump (x10)
Single leg forward to backwards lunge (8-10 per side)
10 bent over rows
Alternating single arm forward raise (10 per side)
20 in and out squat jumps
Single leg Romanian deadlifts (10 per side)
10 burpees
Hollow hold crunches (8-10)
