CHIROPRACTIC: NATURAL HEALTHCARE WORKS <br /> <br /> Several years ago, Beth (not her real name) was referred to me by another patient. I appreciate referrals, that is how my family got introduced to chiropractic when my mother hurt her back. Beth was in her early 20s and just had her first baby but the sad thing was she was afraid to hold her baby because of her epilepsy. A few months before her seizures began she had a horrible car accident and her head almost went through the windshield. The seizures started shortly afterwards along with chronic daily headaches. The upper neck is an important neurological center that feeds the brain and the cervical spine holds a vertebral artery that sends blood to the brain. And within a short time, she stopped having seizures. Beth was already on antiseizure medication when she came to us but she continued to have seizures anyway. Her doctor told her he could not increase her medication because it could be fatal. So she was overjoyed when her seizures slowly dissipated along with her headaches, digestive problems, ovary pain, and even her knee problem was resolved. Beth was drug-free and could hold her baby whenever she wanted without fear of losing control. Chiropractic works.
