I wouldn’t be caught dead driving for dollars. Wholesaling in general is just something I’d never do.

Playing the middleman and trying to take advantage of both sides of a deal just doesn’t sit right with me, you know?

It’s impossible to create a win-win if the only way you make money is to have somebody desperate take a low-ball offer and then convince an investor that the ARV is high enough to create some profit.

Somebody always gets shafted in a wholesale deal – which is why I’ve been trying to point people towards land development for the last 20 years.
