This class is designed to introduce the more subtle aspects of the yoga practice .You will be introduced to and practice the core principles of dristi (gazing), bhandas (the root locks) and the practice of pranayama (breathing). These principles will be introduced while practicing gentle yoga postures and as separate practices and principles off the yoga mat.

Some level of yoga practice and understanding would be helpful to all students,
but NOT NECESSARY. Beginner mind is the best mind for learning!

You will leave with tools to help you make yourself feel FABULOUS!
