There are a lot of well intentioned therapist and people who recommend breathwork for panic, anxiety or PTSD symptoms. But anytime someone suggests it ... I’ll be honest: It pisses me off.

My anxiety literally makes me sick to my stomach and makes me shiver and shake.

A deep breath can’t regulate my nervous system if drugs barely can. It just makes me light headed and feel like I’m gonna throw up.

Every time I go to a therapist it feels so unserious and the advice is crap. If it was as simple as they make it seem I wouldn’t be hurled over my toilet when I get an anxiety attack. 🙄 ah yes a good BREATHING is all I ever needed ...

But then I was proved wrong by a new method from Germany.
