What is the approach to dislocated shoulder? Comment on the answer

Qual è l'approccio alla spalla lussata? Commentare la risposta

Dislocated shoulder is a condition in which the head of the humerus becomes detached from the shoulder joint. Symptoms include pain and shoulder instability. Complications can be a Bankart injury, Hill-Sachs injury, rotator cuff tear or axillary nerve injury.
Shoulder dislocations often occur as a result of a fall on the outstretched arm or shoulder. They are classified as anterior, posterior, inferior, and superior, most of which are anterior. The diagnosis of shoulder dislocation is often suspected based on the history and physical examination of the person. Radiographs are taken to confirm the diagnosis. Most dislocations are evident on radiographs showing incongruity of the glenohumeral joint.
