There will be a one time refundable cleaning fee ($500) we collect prior to move-in (this can split into two payments if needed). Rent is due on the 1st, late after the 4th and subject to a late fee. We also have a you damage/break it you fix or replace it policy for everything in house<br /> <br /> Our home is managed by Images Property Management, there is a $50 fee for a criminal & rental background check, and you will be added to our lease via addendum if all works out. :) You rent from me, you pay your rent to me, and bring all concerns to me first :)<br /> <br /> We are looking for a long-term roommate, someone who is willing to sign a roommate agreement and stay at least one year. When you give notice, we ask you give a full 30+ days to the end of the following month. We are looking for a responsible roommate, someone like us - hard working, tidy, and respectful. Your personality is important :)<br /> <br /> We are just blocks from the new Orange Line and the Milwaukie transit center, and equal distance between Hwy 99E/McLoughlin Blvd and Hwy 224. Please take a moment to map us before applying, as we are far from some things, close to others The upstairs bedroom we have available includes a walk-in closet. The room is very spacious with a private bathroom. the room faces the east, so you can read a book & watch the sun rise (if the clouds part). Your private bathroom includes a walk in shower, two sinks & a large linen closet. Furnishings include queen bed, nightstand, dresser, accent chair, tv with Roku, desk & desk chair<br /> <br /> Additionally, our home has a washer and dryer in the unit, no need to use public machines!!! Our home is 2200 sq ft of a huge old home that was recently remodeled into a triplex. We have 5 bedrooms, of which of which is a guest room. There is a downstairs half bath along with three full bathrooms, Our home does sit next to a quiet apartment complex and a block from Milwaukie High School - during football season with your window open you can hear the cheers from the stadium! One of the perks of being next to the complex is that you have access to their pool all summer long. The house has central air, which you will appreciate during the hot summers.<br /> <br /> You must love animals, because our animals will love you. Did we mention that?<br /> <br /> We are clean, neat & tidy, and we expect you to do your fair share of the cleaning in the common areas. We clean as we go when we are cooking, and rarely leave a dirty dish in the sink, or the counters unwiped after we cook, and we want someone equally as clean & neat. Communal supply replenishment should be something you consider and factor into your budget - paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and other cleaning supplies.
